The Injection molding manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. These covers have high abrasion resistance and are able to withstand chemicals, oils and solvents. It has a large opening for an air inlet which is 5.0 mm in diameter, through which air is supplied to the air filter. It has more ribs which add more stiffness to the part and improves air flow to the filter. The part is designed to have smooth edges and draft angle maintained is 3° which is commonly used in molded components.
