2. Parts & Warranty

2.1 Warranty Period: All replacement parts sold by Probe Parts come with a standard 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Returns: Defective parts may be returned for exchange or credit within the warranty period. Parts ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. Repair Services

3.1 Diagnostics: We provide initial diagnostics for equipment sent to our depot. If you decline a repair quote, a diagnostic fee may apply.
3.2 Turnaround Time: Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary based on parts availability.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of this website are and will remain the exclusive property of Probe Parts and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Probe Parts, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
